摘要
目的 :研究心理干预对癌症放疗患者的治疗效果。方法 :从在接受放射治疗患者中随机抽取 76例分为放疗 +想象与潜意识音乐诱导疗法组 (治疗组 38例 )和单纯放疗组 (对照组 38例 )进行科学对照研究。结果 :①治疗组治疗前的CD3 ,CD4 ,CD8,CD4 /CD8值分别为 :5 9 44± 15 0 1,36 2 1± 11 2 1,2 3 81± 7 13,1 5 2± 0 91治疗后为 :6 8 74± 12 32 ,45 33± 8 92 ,2 4 19± 8 2 4,1 84± 1 0 2 (P值分别为P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组治疗前分别为 5 8 90± 17 13,37 6 1± 10 2 1,2 2 93± 8 17,1 6 2± 0 82治疗后分别为 5 5 2 1± 14 6 8,34 37±7 92 ,2 3 76± 9 6 3,1 48± 0 96 (P值分别为P <0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 )。②SDS和SAS值治疗组治疗前分别为 0 6 8± 0 2 1,47 4± 8 3,治疗后为 0 5 2± 0 18,36 2± 9 7,(P分别为P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )对照组治疗前为0 6 2± 0 2 2 ,46 2± 9 2 ,治疗后为 0 71± 0 2 5 ,5 9 7± 11 2 (P值分别为P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 )。③QOL值治疗组治疗前为 47 2± 9 7,治疗后 5 8 1± 11 2 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组分别为 48 3± 11 6 ,44 3± 9 8(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :在癌症放疗中配合想象与音乐?
Objective To Study the effect of mental interference to the cancer patients treated by radio therapy. Methods Selecting randomly 76 cancer cases treated by radio therapy, we divided them into trial group (n=38) treated by both radio therapy and the therapy of relaxative imagination and subconscious music revalsion, and the control group (n=38) treated by radio therapy only to have scientific contrastive study. Results ① Before the experimental treatment CD 3 CD 4,CD 8,CD 4,CD 8 of the trial group was respectively 59 44±15 01,36 21±11 21,23 81±7 13,1 52±0 91 after that treatment:68 74±12 32,45 33±8 92,24 19±8 24,1 84±1 02(P<0.05,P<0.05,P>0.05,P<0.05),While before the treatment CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4,CD 8 of the contral group was respectively 58 90±17 13,37 61±10 21,22 93±8 17,1 62±0 82 after that treatment:55 21±14 68,34 37±7 92,23 76±9 63,1 48±0 96(P<0.05,P>0.05,P>0.05,P>0.05)。②Before the treatment SDS and SAS of the trial group was respectively 0 68±0 21,47 4±8 3,after the treatment:0 52±0 18,36 2±9 7,(P<0.05,P<0.05) while before the treatment SDS and SAS of the control group was respectively 0 62±0 22,46 2±9 2,after the treatment:0 71±0 25,59 7±11 2(P>0.05,P>0.05)。③ Before and after the treatment QOL of the former was respectively 47 2±9 7,58.1±11.2(P<0.05), while QOL of the Latter was 48.3±11.6,44.3±9.8(P>0.05)。 Conclusion Supplementing the therapy of relatative imagination and subconscious music revulsion to the radio therapy on cancer could improve the patients immunity, reduce anxious and depressed emotions.
