摘要
采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、显微组织分析、XRD物相分析和土壤环境分析等方法查找某居民小区中的埋地天然气管道穿孔泄漏的原因。结果表明:该管道外防腐层性能较差,在使用过程中发生破损,管壁在强腐蚀性土壤中发生腐蚀穿孔是导致管道泄漏的主要原因,并据此提出了建议和对策。
The fracture reason of a natural gas pipeline occurred perforation leak in a residential area was investigated by macro-morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, XRD phase analysis and soil environmental analysis. The results show that due to the poor performance of the pipeline coating, it' s very easy to be damaged. When the pipeline was buried in highly corrosive soil, the corrosion perforation in the pipe wall became the main reason for the gas leak. According this, it provides the countermeasure and suggestion.
