摘要
对钢管外壁熔结环氧涂层的外观进行研究分析,定义了熔结环氧涂层外观缺陷的主要类型,提出了涂层外观缺陷的处理方法。在研究中,重点对熔结环氧涂层外观缺陷进行原因分析、分类归纳和逐步打磨分析,总结出了熔结环氧涂层外观缺陷的三方面解决办法,分别是防护推荐做法、可接受的瑕疵以及涂层修补,为钢管外壁熔结环氧涂层施工提供技术支持,为油、气、水等长输管线的防腐技术发展提供参考。
In this paper,by studying and analyzing the surface condition of fusion bonded epoxy coating on steel pipes,the main types of appearance defects of fusion bonded epoxy coating were defined,and the treatment methods of coating appearance defects were proposed.In the research,the cause analysis,category induction and grinding analysis of appearance defects of the fusion bonded epoxy coating were especially conducted,and three solutions to the appearance defects of the fusion bonded epoxy coating were summarized,including recommended protection practices,acceptable cosmetics and coating repairing.It could provide technical support for the fusion bonded epoxy coating application on steel pipes,and provide reference for the development of anti-corrosion technique for oil,gas,water and other long distance pipelines.
