摘要
焊接输油管道在服役中发生了腐蚀穿孔失效,宏观检查发现管道减薄及穿孔处主要部位靠近焊缝的下游区域。通过金相、扫描电镜、能谱分析、Fluent软件模拟等分析手段对焊接管道穿孔进行失效分析,结果表明:在现场焊接中采用不当的焊接工艺使管道内壁焊缝严重凸起,从而使焊缝下游管段处发生严重的流体加速腐蚀并诱发穿孔。最后提出了相应的预防措施。
Corrosion perforation failure was occurred in welded oil transportation pipeline which was in service. From macro examination, it was found that the thinned thickness and perforation occurred at the downstream of welding area. By using metallography, scanning electric mirror, energy spectrum and software FLUENT, the perforation failure of welded pipeline was analyzed. It was shown that inappropriate welding process made in the welding seam at inner shell seriously protruded so that fluid accelearated corrosion at downstream of weld was occurred and the perforation was induced. Finally, related protection measurements were proposed.
