摘要
在基于知识生产新模式分析的基础上,探讨我国基础研究面临的新困境,认为基础研究管理的政策和方式进入了一个新的阶段,最后提出加强多元化和协同化的政策建议。
Based on the new production of knowledge, the paper discusses the new trouble that the basic research faces in our country. It puts forward the basic research management policy and the way to enter a new stage. Finally the paper puts forward its diversity and coordination of policy suggestions.
