摘要
钢丝在拉拔过程中不可避免地会产生残余应力 ,严重时会影响产品的质量。一种结构简单的辊式矫直器能很好地解决这个问题。根据钢丝矫直的基本原理 ,给出矫直器各个参数的计算公式。
Residual stress is produced inevitably in steel wire in the course of drawing,which may affect products quality as the stress is strong.A type of roller structure straightener can resolve the problem well.The calculation formulas of parameters of straightener are given in terms of principle of straightening steel wire.
