摘要 介绍Φ5.10mm1860MPa悬索桥主缆用镀锌钢丝技术指标,从盘条的选择、表面处理、冷拉拔、热镀锌、规圆处理等方面对其主要生产工序进行研究分析,指出各工序需重点控制的内容。Φ5.1mm1860MPa热镀锌钢丝生产工艺:铅浴脱脂温度控制在400℃以上;采用盐酸加热酸洗,温度控制在40℃以上;助镀采用ZnCl2和NH4Cl的复盐作溶剂,溶液温度控制在60℃以上;热镀锌锌液温度为440~460℃;生产线Dv值为90~100mm.m/min;采用辊式矫直器和大变形方案实施钢丝矫直;去应力回火温度在380℃以下。给出Φ5.1mm1860MPa热镀锌钢丝的实际检测数据,对比其技术指标认定宝钢集团生产的桥梁缆索专用盘条适应悬索桥主缆用热镀锌钢丝生产需求。 To introduce technical index of diameter 5.10 mm 1 860 MPa hot-galvanizing steel wire for suspension bridge main cable. The main production procedure was researched and analyzed from such aspects of wire rod selection, surface treatment, cold drawing, hot-galvanizing, rounding treatment. The content needing prilnarily controlled of each procedure is pointed out. Diameter 5.1 mm 1860 MPa hot-galvanizing steel wire production process: patent degreasing temperature was controlled over 400℃, pickling adopted heating hydrochloric acid and to control temperature over 40℃, the complex salt of ZnCl2 and NH4Cl was adopted as solvent and solution temperature was controlled over 60℃ , hot-galvanizing liquid zinc temperature was at 440 - 460 ℃, production line Do value was 90 - 100 mm ·m/min, roll straightener and large deformation scheme were adopted to apply steel wire straightening, stress removing tempered temperature was under 380℃. The practical testing data of diameter 5.1 mm 1 860 MPa hot-galvanizing steel wire were given out. Through comparing technical index, the conclusion that special wire rod produced by Baosteel group for bridge cable can adapt the requirements of suspension bridge main cable hot-galvanizing steel wire is given out.
