氩弧焊丝矫直切断设备的设计

摘要 由于氩弧焊丝弹性模量小,屈服强度低,塑性差,采用直线矫直器在2个互呈90°的平面内无法矫直,采用旋转矫直器虽能达到较好的矫直效果,但传统的矫直切断设备生产速度只有0.5 m/s,且剪切焊丝采用的电磁铁寿命短、噪声大。针对存在的问题,设计出由旋转矫直器、变频电机驱动的同步带送丝机构及伺服电机切断装置组成的新型矫直切断设备,给出设备示意图,详述各部件功能和原理,将速度提高到2 m/s,且噪声小,达到预期效果。 The argon arc welding wire can not be straightened by straight-line straightener in 2 planes each other into 90° due to small elastic modulus, low yield strength and poor plasticity, although using rotating straightener can achieve good straightening effect, but the production speed of traditional straightening cutting equipment is only 0.5 m/s, and service life of electromagnet for cutting welding wire is short, noise is big. In view of the existing problems, and designed a new straightening cutting equipment with rotating straightener, servo machine cutting device by frequency conversion motor driving synchronous belt wire feeding mechanism. The equipment schematic diagram is given, the function and principle of various components is detailed, the equipment increase the speed to 2 m/s, and the noise is small, achieve the desired effect.
