摘要
通过分析西部沿海新建本科院校在应用型人才培养上存在的问题和面临的挑战,研究在卓越计划理念下如何转变人才培养理念、创新培养模式,构建基于能力输出的应用型人才教学培养体系,利用订单培养、学科竞赛等有效途径,强化实践教学,培养适应经济社会发展需要且工程实践能力强的应用型本科人才。
Through analyzing the problems and challenges existing in the cultivation of applied talents in newly-built universities in the China western coast, how to innovative change the idea of talent cultivation and cultivation mode under the concept of excellence program, the article proposed to construct the teaching training system of applied talents on account of ability output, use the effective way of the training of order form and the academic competition, strengthen practice teaching, and then train the applied undergraduate talents who have higher ability of engineering practice and adapt to the needs of economic and social development.
