摘要
地方性本科院校在人才培养上存在着教学模式陈旧、教学改革步子不快、与社会需求脱节、学生就业率不高等问题。为优化与改革地方性本科院校人才培养模式,培养出适应地方社会需求的高素质人才,近年来,一些院校开始探索与企业从培养目标、培养方案、培养过程到就业全面合作的新型校企共育人才的"订单式"培养模式。"订单式"人才培养模式是企业、学校、学生三方共赢的举措,具有重要的实践价值,也是强化实践性、应用性教学的有益尝试,是地方性本科院校培养复合型、应用型人才的有效途径之一。
The problems in local universities include the outdated teaching mode, reluctance in teaching reform, disconnection from the social needs, low employment of the graduates, and so on. In recent years, some universities have made some tentative exploration in a new educational mode which fea- tures close cooperation between universities and commercial enterprises from the establishment of educational program, the implementation of the program, to the employment of the graduates. The new mode is of much practical value.
