摘要
我国高等教育正处于从外延式发展向内涵式发展的转变时期,这对地方新建本科院校的发展提出了新的发展要求。地方新建本科院校要坚持内涵式发展,应采取如下策略:转变观念,正确处理经济与教育、数量与质量的关系;积极推行人才战略,加大人力资源的投入;完善学科专业结构,提高教育教学质量;明确人才培养方向,凸显地方新建本科院校的人才培养特色。
China＇s higher education is in a period of transition from extensive development to internal development,which places new request to the development of local newly-built universities.The article discusses the necessity of taking the road of internal development for local newly-built universities,and puts forward the proposal from the changing concepts,the talent strategy optimization and improving the structure of professional disciplines,the personnel training characteristic highlighted and so on.
