Questionnaire to take unified payment of investigators, students and parents anonymously, unified recovery, SAS9.1 general statistilal description, rank sum test onspearman lowelation analysis and multiple linear regression were used for data, the result of P 〈 0. 05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results A total of 318 questionnaires were collected and 244 were valid ones; the average score of knowledge on hepatitis B among students was 5. 958 ( 95% CI 5. 790 - 6. 126), and the awareness rate was 73.98%, nearly 50% of the students held a negative attitude towards patients with hepatitis B; student gender ( r = - 1. 368 ,p = 0.05 ), literacy level of parents ( r = -1.033,p=0.05 ), the scores of students' knowledge ( r=1. 166,p 〈0.05 ), and the scores of parents' attitudes ( r = 0. 233 ,p = 0. 05 ) were the determinants of the students' attitudes towards patients with hepatitis B.
