摘要
目的建立镇静安神类中成药及保健食品中非法添加艾司唑仑的GC-MS/MS检测方法。方法样品经甲醇提取,采用全扫描一级质谱,并结合谱库检索进行定性鉴别;采用二级选择反应检测(MRM)方式进行定量分析。结果全扫描一级质谱检测限为2ng,艾司唑仑在1～100μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论本方法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于中成药及保健食品中非法添加艾司唑仑的检测方法。
Objective To develop a method for the identification of estazolam illegally adulterated in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and health foods by GC-MS/MS. Methods The sample was extracted with methanol by ultrasound, all scanning level of mass spectrometry and library searching were used to qualitative analysis, the secondary choice reaction test （MRM） was used to quantitative analysis. Results The limit of mass scan mode detection was 2 ng, the linear range was 1-100 μg/mL for estazolam. Conclusion The method is sensitive, specific, accurate and applicable to identify estazolam in Chinese medicine and health foods.
