查阅国内外相关文献资料,归纳和总结了近年来辅助降血压类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学药物的概况和检测技术,为检测中成药和保健食品非法添加化学药物提供技术参考。辅助降血压类中成药和保健食品中非法添加的化学药物主要有血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂、利尿剂、钙拮抗剂、交感神经抑制剂、肾上腺素受体阻断剂和血管扩张药。涉及的检测方法包括薄层色谱法、近红外光谱法、液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用技术、气相色谱-质谱联用技术等。
This paper summarizes domestic and foreign literature about the profiles and the determination technologies of illegal adulterates chemical substances in antihypertensive TCMs and dietary supplements in order to provide technical references for supervising antihypertensive TCMs and dietary supplements. The adulterated chemical substances mainly contains angiotensin converting anzyme inhibitor, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist, diuretics, calcium antagonists, sympatholytic agents, adrenergic receptor agonists and vasodilator. The analytical methods involve thin layer chromatography analysis, near infrared spectroscopy, liquid chromatography analysis, liquid chromatography mass spectrography analysis, gas chromatography mass spectrography analysis, and so on.
