摘要
建立HPLC法测定中成药安神补心片中掺入的化学药品艾司唑仑。采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱,流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:223nm,柱温:20℃。安神补心片中掺入的化学药品艾司唑仑可用HPLC法检出。本法操作简便,结果可靠,可用于检测安神补心片中掺入的化学药品艾司唑仑。
The method was established for determination of esiazolam in Anshenbuxin Tablets by HPLC. ZORBAX Eclipse XDB -C18 column was used, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water （35 ： 65）. Detective wavelength was 223nm. The estazolam could be identified by HPI.C . The method is simple, accuratc, h can be used for determination of estazolam added illegally in Anshenbuxin Tablets.
