摘要
大学生非正式群体作为一种客观存在,高校思想政治教育应该抢占好这一新的阵地,形成新的契机。加强对大学生进行思想政治教育,要体现以人为本的人文关怀,应该重视对非正式群体进行研究,积极引导非正式群体的发展方向,重视发挥非正式群体领袖人物的角色作用,同时处理好非正式群体与正式群体的关系。
College students＇ informal associations, as an objective existence, should act as a new position for college ideological and political education. To enhance college students＇ ideological and political education, research on informal associations should be attached to much importance, so as to express humanistic care with people as the orientation.
