摘要
在高等教育由精英教育转向大众教育之际,高校学生思想政治工作任务艰巨,高校思想政治辅导员要学会运用相关传播理论,有成效的开展大学生思想政治工作。
During the transition of higher education from elite education to mass education, the ideological and political work is arduous and facing a great challenge. The ideological and political supervisors of institutions of higher learning should take advantage of mass communication theory so as to carry out ideological and political work more effectively.
