抽油杆助抽扶正器技术现状及改进方案 被引量:1

摘要 工程应用证明,现有的抽油杆助抽扶正器有防偏磨、改善抽油杆受力状况、增加产液量等功能,但存在密封失效、油液漏失量大、结构复杂、油液通道设计不合理、过流面积与泵排量不匹配、应力集中等问题,导致助抽效果不理想。针对国内内流道式与外流道式抽油杆助抽扶正器存在的问题,提出改进建议,完善了该工具的性能。 The application results prove that, the existing sucker rod pumping aid centralizer has some characteristics,such as eccentric wear prevention,improving the oil pumping rod stress con- dition, increasing liquid production and so on. But seal failure, large oil leakage, complex structure, un- reasonable design of the oil channel, flow area and the displacement of the pump does not match, issues such as stress concentration,which result in pumping aid effect is not ideal. For the problems existing in the domestic inner channel and the outer flow passage type sucker rod pumping aid centralizer, the propo- ses are made in this article, and improvement of the tool performance.
