摘要
认为抽油杆在下行冲程中可能因失稳而在有限空间内发生螺旋状弯曲。为此,对抽油杆进行受力分析,提出了轴应力中和面与弯曲中和点的概念,导出了单级杆柱中和面、中和点位置及多级杆柱中和点位置、变形量的计算公式。通过试算,表明抽汲低粘度原油时抽油杆发生失稳弯曲的变形量不大,对泵效和附加弯曲应力几乎不产生影响,可不必考虑其变形;但抽汲的原油粘度越高,抽油杆弯曲的变形量越大。因此,不可忽视稠油开采中抽油杆的弯曲变形。
A helical buckling of pumping rods has taken place in the course of downstroke of pumping. A distinction between the neutral point and the zero point on axial stresses of pumping rods is presented. A method for calculating deformation due to helical buckling of single rod string and multiple rod string is put forward. Calulcations on the examples demonstrat that the higher the viscosity of oil. the larger the bending deformation of pumping rods is. It is also shown that the bending deformation is negligible when pumping low-viscosity oil.
