摘要
研制成功了直线电机抽油机。原有的抽油机是将电能转变为旋转运动,再通过机械方式转变为直线往复运动,机械效率低。直线电机抽油机是通过变频控制,直接将电能转变为直线往复运动,不但提高了机械效率,而且能够实现抽汲参数的无级调整,可根据抽油工艺的需要调整悬点运动规律,具备智能化控制和远程监控的有利条件。
The key technology of greatness thrust for linear motor was taked, and the hnear-motor pumping umt was successfully developed. For the old pumping unit, the electric energy was changed into whirling motion and then translated into straight reciprocating motion by mechanical means. For the linear-motor pumping unit, the electric energy was directly translated into straight reciprocating motion by frequency-conversion control. The linear-motor pumping unit can enhance the mechanical efficiency and realize stepless adjustment of the swabbing parameters and furthermore regulate the motion law of landing top. This unit can also be controlled intelligently with a long-distance supervision.
