摘要
为探讨抗磷脂抗体阳性所致流产的中医药疗效 ,对妊娠 3月之内检测抗磷脂抗体阳性的 42例住院病例 ,采用中药补肾益气、活血化瘀治疗。结果 :42例中保胎成功 37例 ,保胎失败 5例 (其中 4例抗磷脂抗体未转阴 )。中医药无副作用 。
In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal drugs for abortion caused by positive antiphospholipid antibodies, 42 hospitalized cases with pregnancy for three months and positive antiphospholipid were treated with Chinese herbal drugs to tonify the kidney, benefit qi, activate blood and disperse stagnation. The results showed success in keeping pregnancy in 37 cases and failure in 5 cases (no negative transmission in antiphospholipid antibodies in 4cases), indicating that Chinese herbal medicine does not have side effect and is obviously superior to the therapeutic methods at home and abroad.
