摘要
目的 探讨成纤维细胞 (Fb)在人工关节无菌性松动中的作用。方法 对髋关节翻修所获界膜 (组 1)、相应髋关节滑膜 (组 2)、内固定物周围异物反应组织 (组 3)、正常髋关节滑膜 (组 4)中 Fb的分布及形态学进行了组织学与超微结构的对比观察。结果 成纤维细胞在各组中的分布及形态表现不同,组 1与组 2中呈现功能活跃相,而组 3与组 4中呈相对静止状态。结论 这提示 Fb对假体松动及骨溶解有影响。
objective To study the function of fibroblasts in nonbacterial loosening.Methods We observed the histology and ultrastructure of fibroblasts in four groups respectively.Group one :interface acquired after the hip revision,group two:synovialis of the same hips,group three;reaction tissues around internal fixators,group four:synovialis of normal hips.Results Dispensation and morphology of fibroblasts are different in four groups.Fibroblasts in group one and group two are active,those in group three and group four are rilatively quiet. Conclusion Fibroblasts are related to conponent loosening and bone lysis.
