摘要
为探讨成纤维细胞( Fb) 在无菌性松动中的作用。对髋关节翻修所获界膜( 组1) 、相应髋关节滑膜( 组2) 、内固定物周围异物反应组织( 组3) 及正常髋关节滑膜( 组4) 中 Fb 的分布及形态学进行了组织学与超微结构的对比观察。结果显示:成纤维细胞在各组中的分布及形态表现不同,组1 与组2 中呈现功能活跃相,而组3 与组4 中呈相对静止状态。提示 Fb 对假体松动及骨溶解有影响。
Objective To analyze the nonbacterial loosening cause in artificial arthroplasty and the function of fibroblasts. Methods :The observation on the histology and ultrastructure of Fb in the interface membrane following revision of hip joint (group l),relevent hip joint synovium (group 2),reaction materials around intra-fixture (group 3) and normal hip joint synovium (group 4). Results Different shape and function of the Fb in the 4 groups were noted.In groups 1 and 2 the Fb showed active, and in groups 3 and 4,they were relatively static.Conclusion Fibroblasts involve in prothetic loosening.
