心力衰竭患者快速检测NT-proBNP的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨心力衰竭患者快速检测N末端B型脑钠钛前体(NT-proBNP)的临床价值。方法选取心力衰竭患者107例为观察组,选取同期非心血管病患者45例为对照组,采用StausFirstTMNT-proBNP心力衰竭诊断仪快速检测所有患者血浆中NT-proBNP水平,从心功能分级、入院与出院、不良心脏事件、死亡等方面分析快速检测NT-proBNP的临床价值。结果观察组患者NT-proBNP含量((1 053.1±176.4)ng/L)明显高于对照组((71.4±26.9)ng/L),随着心功能分级逐渐加重,观察组患者的NT-proBNP含量呈明显上升趋势。观察组患者入院时NT-proBNP含量明显高于出院时,发生不良心脏事件而再次入院患者明显高于未发生不良心脏事件患者,患者死亡时明显高于入院时。结论心力衰竭患者血浆中NT-proBNP含量明显升高,可影响患者的预后,及时准确对其进行快速检测有助于疾病的诊断和治疗,NT-proBNP快速检测可作为心力衰竭的急诊生化项目。
