摘要
目的探讨VitB2联合蒙脱石散、葡萄糖酸锌用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹的护理效果。方法将148例合并有口腔疱疹的手足口病患儿随机分为观察组70例和对照组78例。观察组采用0.9%氯化钠溶液清洁口腔后,用VitB2联合配制液直接涂于疱疹面;对照组用0.9%氯化钠溶液清洁口腔后,用金喉健喷雾剂直接喷于疱疹面。观察两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组在临床疗效、患儿进食后哭闹、流涎等方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VitB2联合配制液用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹的护理效果显著,可缩短疗程,用法简单,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care for the children with hand foot and mouth disease oral herpes. Methods A total of 148 cases with oral herpes hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observa- tion group 70 cases and control group of 78 cases. The observation group with 0.9% sodium chloride solution clean mouth, the United solution directly onto the simplex surface with VitB2; the control group with 0.9% sodium chloride solution clean mouth, with Jinhoujian aerosol spray directly onto the simplex surface. Results The observation group in the clinical curative effect, the children to eat after crying, sali- vation were superior to the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion VitB/combined solution for the nursing effect of children with hand-foot-mouth disease oral herpes is significant, which can shorten the course of treatment, the use of simple, is worth the clinical promotion.
