摘要
目的评价金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法选择慢性根尖周炎的患牙196颗,随机分为两组,常规根管预备后,实验组根管内封入金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂,对照组根管内封入氢氧化钙糊剂,封药2～4周后评价疗效.结果实验组与对照组相比,实验组有效率91.0%,明显高于对照组81.21%.实验组封药无效率为9.0%,明显低于对照组的19.79%(P<0.05).结论金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂能有效控制慢性根尖周炎的炎症状态,是一种较理想的根管消毒剂.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Jinhoujian spry mixing calcium hydroxide paste on chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 196 teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected,and randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group.After root canel preparing,the root canels of teeth in the experimental group were enveloped with Jinhoujian spry mixing calcium hydroxide paste and the control group were enveloped with calcium hydroxide paste.The clinical effects were evaluated 1～2 week after treatment.Results The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（91.0% vs 81.21%,P0.05）.The inefficiency in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（9.0% vs 19.79%,P0.05）.Conclusion Jinhoujian spry mixing calcium hydroxide paste is a kind of ideal root canal disinfectant,and can effectively control the inflammation of chronic periapical periodontitis
