摘要
针对电火花加工技术的特点及超声波电动机驱动技术的特性 ,研制了基于线性步进式超声波电动机的差动往复式微型电火花加工装置,分析了该装置的 工作原理,提出了电极差动往复式移动的驱动控制方法,实现了电极的差动往复式进给。该 装置的外形尺寸为45mm×20mm×40mm。试验结果表明,该装置适合小孔电火花加工。
In view of the characteristics of electrical discha r ge machining (EDM) and ultrasonic motors, an DEM device with differential recipr ocating driving method for the electrode, which is based on dual linear stepping ultrasonic motors, is presented. The driving principle of the device is analyze d. Differential reciprocating driving method for the electrode is described. Jum p-like movement of the electrode is realized. The dimension of the mechanism is 45mm×20mm×40mm. Machining test verifies that the new device is suitable for s mall hole EDM drilling.
