PRINCIPLES AND ANALYSES OF ELECTRIC MACHINING PROCESS FOR MACHINING SMALL INCLINED HOLES IN VALVES

摘要 本文介绍Z2FS10型叠加式单向节流阀斜向泄油小孔的电火花加工原理以及相应的工艺参数设计,同时对该工艺方案的加工精度,生产率进行了分析.实践证明,该方案与传统钻削工艺在工具损耗及生产效率方面相比都显示出其优越性,可在阀类零件的特殊孔的加工生产中推广. This paper is mainly contributed to the principles and planning of an electric spark machining process for machining small inclined holes in Z2FS10 oneway throttle valves.The accuracy and productivity obtained by using this special machining process are also evaluated. This new process has an advantage over the conventional drilling process both in tool wear and productivity, and is strongly recommended for machining special small holes in throttle valves.
