摘要
航天航空用紧固件材料TB3合金是一种亚稳定 β钛合金。本文对比了两种热加工工艺对该合金的显微组织与性能的影响。采用锻造加后续热轧工艺改进了TB3合金的塑性 ,使伸长率提高到 2 2 % ,断面收缩率提高了 1 0 %。同时 ,该工艺还细化了晶粒。
ST5”BZ]TB3 alloy is a metastable β Ti alloy as fastener material in aerospace industry.The effect of two hot-processing routines on microstructure and properties for the alloy was compared in this paper.Using air forging and hot rolling process brings the 22% increment of elongation,and 10% enhancement of area reducton.Simultaneously,this process can refine grains of the alloy.
