摘要
研究了固溶温度和双重时效温度对TB3钛合金棒材组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,TB3钛合金棒材的抗拉强度随着固溶温度的升高而降低,其组织中的β晶粒也随着固溶温度的升高而增大。双重时效时,TB3钛合金棒材的抗拉强度随着中温时效温度的升高或低温时效温度的降低而提高;析出的α相随着中温时效温的升高或低温时效温的降低而更加细小和均匀。
The influence of solution temperature and double aging temperature on the microstructure and properties of TB3 bar was studied. The results show that tensile strength decreases, and β grain size increases with the solution temperature increase. In the double aging ease, tensile strength increases, and precipitated α phase becomes finer and more homogeneous with increase of middle aging temperature and with decrease of low aging temperature.
