摘要
采用氧指数法测试沥青试样的燃烧性能,分析点火时间与氧浓度、点火时间与燃烧时间之间的关系,提出测试沥青燃烧性能的合理点火控制时间。实验结果表明,化工等行业标准中30s的点火控制时间不利于沥青燃烧性能的测试,把点火时间延长到40s能更合理测试沥青的燃烧性能。该研究结论为合理准确测试沥青的燃烧性能提供了重要参数。
In this paper, the combustion characteristics of various asphalt was tested by using the oxygen index method, and a reasonable ignition time is proposed to test combustion properties of asphalt by analyzing the relationship between ignition time and burning time, ignition time and oxygen concentration. The experimental results show that 30 s ignition time in chemical industries standard does not apply to test combustion properties of asphalt. 40 s ignition time is more reasonable for testing combustion properties of asphalt. The conclusion can provide an important parameter for the test of asphalt combustibility performance.
