高温辐射下的沥青混合料阻燃耐火性能 被引量:3

Flame retardant and fire resistant performance of asphalt mixtures under high temperature radiation

摘要 采用锥形量热仪和马弗炉燃烧试验模拟隧道火灾的高温辐射条件,研究热辐射条件下复配阻燃剂对沥青混合料的阻燃耐火性能的影响。采用70#道路石油沥青,沥青混合料设计采用AC-13级配,油石比5.2%。制备阻燃沥青混合料时以阻燃剂替代部分矿粉,并按照规范制备复配阻燃沥青混合料马歇尔试件。试验结果表明:添加复配阻燃剂后,沥青混合料的点燃时间和烟气释放时间延迟,热量和烟气释放速率明显降低,稳定度和燃烧后残留稳定度均有所提高。复配阻燃剂有效提升了高温辐射条件下沥青混合料的阻燃抑烟和耐火性能。 Cone calorimeter and Muffle furnace combustion tests were used to simulate the high temperature radiation condition under tunnel fire, and then the influenees of composite flame retardants on the flame retardant and fire resistant performance of asphalt mixture under thermal radiation conditions were in- vestigated. The samples were prepared by 70 # road asphalt, designed by AC-13, oil stone ratio of 5.2%. Part of the mine powder was replaced by flame retardant during the preparation of flame retardant asphalt mixture. The Marshall test piece of composite flame retardant asphalt mixture was prepared accord- ing to the code. Experimental results indicated that by adding composite flame retardant, the ignition time and flue gas release time of asphalt mixture were delayed, the heat and smoke re- ease rate were significantly decreased, and the stability of asphalt mixture and the residual ratio of stability after combustion vere increased. In conclusion, composite flame retardant can ffeetively improve the flame retardant, smoke suppression and ire resistant performance of asphalt mixture under the condi- on of high temperature radiation.
