摘要
采用氧指数法测试不同状态调节时间后沥青试样的燃烧性能,分析试样状态调节时间对沥青燃烧性能测试的影响。实验结果表明,当试样状态调节时间<12h时,对沥青燃烧性能测试结果影响较大;而当试样状态调节时间≥12h时,对沥青燃烧性能测试结果影响较小,测试结果趋于稳定。因此,当采用氧指数法测试沥青的燃烧性能时,建议沥青试样的状态调节时间应不小于12h。
In this paper, asphalt combustibility was tested by using the digital limit oxygen index (LOI) instrument at different conditioning time. The influence of conditioning time on the test results of asphalt combustibility was also analyzed. The reasonable conditioning time is proposed by testing the LOI of various asphalt samples at different conditioning time. The experimental results show that the conditioning time has a greater impact on LOI of asphalt when the samples are placed less than 12h. However, the conditioning time has little influence on the LOI of asphalt when the samples are placed more than 12h. Therefore, it is suggested that the samples conditioning time can not be less than 12h when asphalt combustibility is tested by the method of limit oxygen index.
