摘要
青年教师是高校生存和发展不容忽视的重要力量。在对高校青年教师培养演进总结的基础上,分析现有青年教师培养体系存在问题和不足,提出构建三位一体青年教师培养体系,明确学校、教学院部和重点学科在青年教师培养中的地位和作用,为加强青年教师培养、提高培养质量奠定基础。
