摘要
经过三十多年发展,我国民办高校教师队伍并未得到根本性改善,师资紧缺形势依然严峻。"大棒"主导型整合、"胡萝卜"主导型整合已经不适应我国民办高校发展的需要。针对民办高校教师队伍的组成特点,在定岗、定责、定编的基础上,通过"发展型整合"和"自我实现型整合",可以起到良好的效果。在民办高校教师队伍优化过程中,要善用考核手段,用心做好资源整合。
Even after over thirty years of development,there hasn't been a fundamental improvement in teaching resources in non-governmental institutions of higher learning and still exists serious shortage of teaching staff.Either 'stick' or 'carrot' oriented integration mode is no longer adapted to the development of China's non-governmental institutions of higher learning.Taking into account the staff composition and based on staff post,responsibility,and quota,the modes of development integration and self-fulfilled integration can achieve good outcome.Nevertheless,'being careful',as well as using proper evaluation process are required to ensure 'real integration'.
