摘要
本文阐述了青年教师培养的重要性，指出了在当前形势下，由于多方原因造成的青年教师自身存在的劣势和具备的优势，就如何培养青年教师，使其能快速担当起教学骨干的重任，给出了一些建议和方法。
This paper describes the importance of training young teachers. It points out the advantages and disad- vantages existed on young teachers in current situation. Finally, it makes some suggestions on how to train young teachers who can take teaching responsibility quickly.
