摘要
朗道的人才分类图给我们以深刻的启示 :在教育教学中 ,要注重为学生打下深厚的知识基础并发展其思维能力 ,尤其是要培养创造性思维能力。为此 ,应综合运用以下几种策略 :营造氛围 ,激活思维 ;创设情境 ,发展想象 ;启发引导 ,求异求同 ;以疑引探 ,质疑解疑 ;合作学习 。
The diagram of Landau Classification of Talent has given us deep inspiration, that is, during the course of teaching, the teacher should pay great attention to the establishment of fundamental knowledge of the students and the developing of their thinking abilities, especially the ability of creative thinking. To fulfil this goal, the following strategies should be applied synthetically: constructing atmosphere and stimulating the thinking; creating situation and developing imagination; inspiring and directing, pursuing both the difference and accordance; introducing by questioning, raising doubts and solving the doubts; learning together, drawing on collective wisdom and absorbing all useful ideas.
