摘要
培养学生创新能力 ,首先要求教师必须具有高等教育人才培养的创新理念 ,在教学活动中贯彻培养学生创新能力的教学原则。从三方面阐述了高等教育人才培养的创新理念 ,提出培养学生创新能力的教学原则及教学措施。
In order to train innovation ability of students, teachers must change the concept of training talent in higher education. Teaching principle must be carried through teaching activity. Innovation concept of training talent in higher education was detailed in three aspects, and teaching principles and teaching measures were pointed out.
