摘要
采用径向进给电解加工技术加工整体叶盘,建立了基于电场分布的电解加工数学模型,用有限元分析方法对加工过程进行模拟和求解,探讨了径向进给电解加工的成形规律,并分析了屏蔽式工具电极和非屏蔽式工具电极的成形差异,最后开展了相关工艺试验。结果表明,试验结果和仿真结果较吻合,采用屏蔽式工具电极比采用非屏蔽式工具电极加工的叶栅通道侧面间隙更均匀,加工后叶盆余量差从4.11 mm减小到2.58 mm,叶背余量差从3.76 mm减小到2.53 mm。
This paper presents a method of electrode radial feeding in blisk ECM. A mathematical model based on electric field that describe the processing was developed, which is used to simulated the processing with finite element method. Then th~ study on forming rule was investigated and the form-ing difference between shielded electrode and non-shielded electrode was analysed, finally the experi mental investigations were carried out. The experimental result is consistent with the simulation re-sults. The side gap of blisk tunnel processed by shielded electrode was more uniform than by non-shielding electrode. The allowance difference of leaf basin decreased from 4.11 mm to 2.58 mm and leaf black decreased from 3.76 mm to 2.53 mm.
