Basic Research on Rotate-print Electrochemical Machining of Superalloys

摘要 针对旋印电解加工高温合金凸台表面的杂散腐蚀现象,提出阳极局部屏蔽的方法,建立了基于电场分布的电解加工有限元模型,进行了局部屏蔽式阳极的工艺试验。试验结果与仿真情况较吻合,证明采用阳极局部屏蔽的方法能有效地抑制凸台表面的杂散腐蚀现象,改善凸台边缘的成形轮廓,使凸台边缘轮廓更加分明。 In order to reduce the scattered corrosion on the superalloys boss surface during the Ro-tate-print ECM, a method with partial shielded anode is proposed. A finite element model based on electric field that describe the processing was developed, and the experimental investigations were car-ried out. The experimental result is consistent with the simulation results. Rotate-print ECM experim-ents with partial shielded anode can obviously reduce the scattered corrosion on the superalloys boss surface. Contour of boss is improved and the profile is more clear.
