摘要
为了在高度竞争的市场环境中获取竞争力,越来越多的企业从基于产品的供应战略转向基于价值服务的供应战略。本文基于对中国工业企业的调查数据,探索了服务供应链管理中服务化战略的表现形态:服务传递型战略、服务定制化战略和服务协同整合战略。研究结果表明不同的供需双方力量均衡状态对这三种服务化战略,以及关系资本和关系绩效的影响呈现出差异化状况。当供需双方力量均衡时,服务定制化战略对关系资本和合作绩效具有显著影响,而当供需双方力量不均衡时,关系资本和合作绩效更多地是受服务定制化战略以及服务协同整合战略的影响。
In order to obtain the competitiveness under the condition of highly competitive mar- ket, more and more enterprises take supply strategy based on value service rather than that based on products. In this paper, based on the investigation data of industry and enterprises in China, we make an exploration on manifestation of service strategy in service supply chain management: serv- ice delivery strategy, service customization strategy and service coordination and integration strate- gy. It shows that there is a differentiation of the effect of different supply and demand equilibrium on three kinds of service strategies, relation capital and relation performance. Under the condition of supply and demand equilibrium, service customization strategy has a significant impact on relation capital and collaboration performance, while for the disequilibrium, relation capital and collabo-ration performance is more restricted by service customization strategy and service coordination strategy.
