摘要
通过相关文献的梳理和理论的分析,研究了服务化战略对服务绩效的影响关系,并探讨价值共创的调节作用,构建了变量之间的概念模型和提出了研究假设,以我国服务化转型的制造企业为研究对象进行调研,运用多元线性回归的方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明:服务化战略对服务绩效有正向影响;价值共创在服务化战略与服务绩效之间起到调节效应。
This paper analyzed the relationship between strategy of service and the service performance,and explored the regulation of value co-creating by combing and analysis of related literature and theory. And then,it built up the concept model of variables,and put forward the research hypothesis with manufacturing enterprise in our country as the research object by multivariate linear regression empirical test. Results showed that,the strategy had a positive effect on service performance,value co-creating of servitization and service performance improvement positive adjustment.
