摘要 目的探究下鼻甲骨黏骨膜下部分切除术对鼻腔阻力以及鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间的影响情况。方法对2009年1月~2012年1月就诊于本院耳鼻喉科鼻甲粘膜肥厚型慢性鼻炎患者,筛查只需处理下鼻甲的所有鼻阻塞病例并经得患者同意后纳入研究的病例一共80例,随机将患者分成两组:研究组和对照组。分别对研究组患者进行下鼻甲骨黏骨膜下部分切除术方案,对照组患者进行下鼻甲部分切除手术治疗,比较两组患者术前和术后1w、1个月、3个月、半年鼻腔阻力及鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间。结果研究组与对照组术后1 w鼻腔阻力均下降,研究组下降比较明显,与对照组具有显著性差异(p<0.05);研究组在术后1 w阻力下降到正常人鼻腔阻力范围,对照组在术后1个月阻力结果正常人鼻腔阻力范围。两组患者术后鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间在术后均有延长,但是研究组时间恢复快于对照组,研究组在术后1个月恢复到正常值范围,对照组在术后3个月恢复到正常值,结果无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论下鼻甲骨黏骨膜下部分切除术能降低患者鼻腔阻力和影响鼻腔黏液纤毛传输时间不明显,疗效较好。 Objective To explore the effect of partial submucoperiosteous resection of inferior turbinate bone on nasal cavity and the transmission time of nasal mucus cilia. Methods The patients from January 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital otolaryngology turbinate with mueosa hypertrophic chronic rhinitis, screening the processing the inferior turbinate eases and with the agreement of the patients ,randomly divided the patients into two groups : experi- mental group (40 cases)and the control group(40 cases). The experimental group proceed with partial submucoperi- osteous resection of inferior turbinate bone, the control group proceed with partial inferior turbineetomy. Compare the nasal cavity and the transmission time of nasal mucus cilia resistance of the two groups of patients. Results The nasal cavity of the experimental group and control group both decreased, but the experimental group is quite obvious (p 〈 0. 05) ; the nasal cavity of experimental group in the postoperative week regain to normal nasal resistance range, but the control group one month, transmission time of nasal mucus cilia resistance of the experimental group and control group both decreased; the experimental group after 1 month treatment return to normal range~ control group after 3 months treatment return to normal, the result has no significant difference (p 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The partial sub- nmcoperiosteous resection of inferior turbinate bone is an effective therapy on the reducing the nasal cavity and the transmission time of nasal mucus cilia.
