摘要
目的 探讨慢性肥厚性鼻炎经低温射频消融治疗的临床疗效。方法 选择66例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,经药物治疗无效,术前经鼻窦CT检查排除副鼻窦炎、鼻中隔偏曲,取用双侧下鼻甲粘膜下进行低温射频消融治疗1至2次,术后伤口无需特殊处理,口服抗生素5～7天。结果 术后随诊3个月以上。痊愈42例(占63.63%),好转18例(占27.27%),无效6例(0.9%),总有效率为90.9%,所有病例未出现伤口大出血、鼻腔粘膜撕裂、坏死等并发症,患者术中可出现轻度的疼痛,但尚能忍受。结论 低温射频消融术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的一种有效、安全、微创,而且可在基层医院广泛开展的治疗方法。
Objective to probe into the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis of the clinical curativeeffect treated by radio frequency melts and treats.Methods 66 chronic hypertrophic rhinitispatients who were failed to respond to any medical treatment by medicine ,checked and got rid ofa pair of nasosinusitis by nasal sinus CT before the treating ,deviation of the nasal septum ,werechoosed to take it to carrying on the low temperature radio frequency melts and treats 1 to 2timesunder one pair of inferior turbinate mucous membrane ,the wound does not need special purposeprocessing after the treating ,oral antibiotic is used 5 to 7 days .Results they were examined 3more than months at the same time after the treating ,fully recover were 42 cases (account for 63.63%),18 cases were improvement (account for 27.2%),invalid were 6 cases (account for 0.9%),it is90.9% to be always efficient ,all cases do not have wound and massive haemorrhage ,the mucousmembrane of nasal cavity is not torn ,and had no complication of necrosising ect. patients canpresent the slight pain in treating processing ,but the patients can still stand .Conclusion theskill of the low- temperature radio frequency melts and treats is one kind of treatment methodsfor the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis which is effective、safe、small wound .and it can be launchedextensively in the hospital at the basic level.
