摘要
针对凯里某商业综合体建筑总平面布置特点,提出了沿该建筑的裙房设置消防车通道,确保每座塔楼的消防登高面均符合要求并增加设置穿越裙房的消防车通道等建议方案。针对商业布局,提出了将步行街两侧的商铺与步行街公共区域采用防火分隔设施分开的建议。从防火分隔、防烟排烟系统、自动灭火系统、人员疏散等方面提出了消防设计建议及方案,介绍自动灭火系统设计。调整后的设计方案可行性较强。
Aiming at the general layout features of one commer- cial complex construction in Kaili, the proposal that setting fire- protection driveway along the Annex of the construction, to en- sure that firefighting of each tower are in line with the require- ments, increasing set one fire-protection driveway which through annex, and others were put forward. According to the layout of the business in this construction, it was put forward that street public area should use fire-separated facilities to sep- arate in the pedestrian street of shops on both sides. Plan of fire protection design was proposed based on the fire compartment, smoke extraction System, automatic fire extinguishing system, personnel evacuation. The engineering automatic fire extinguis- hing system design was introduced. The modification design plan is feasible.
