摘要
某以电子商务为主要交易手段的商品展示中心,由于建筑特殊性,无法完全按照现行GB 50016-2006《建筑设计防火规范》中对展厅和商店的规定进行设计。参照《建筑设计防火规范》相关规定,针对商品展示中心的防火分区面积过大等问题,采用性能化防火设计方法,通过设置安全走道、防火隔间、下沉广场、防火隔离带、消防水炮等一系列强化措施提高安全性。设定相关火灾场景,运用烟气模拟软件FDS和人员疏散软件EXODUS进行论证可得:采取的措施能够有效控制火势蔓延和保证人员安全疏散,保证建筑整体安全。
One products exhibition center with e-business as its main trading methods was targeted. Due to uniqueness of this building, this exhibition center and stores inside can not be designed in complete accordance with Code of Design on Building Fire Protection and Prevention (GB 50016-2006) which is ef- fective currently. Based on problems like oversize of fire zones, performance-based fire control design is adopted by a series of enforcing measures such as installing fire exits, fireproofing compartments, low-level plazas, fireproofing isolation strips and fire water monitors, as well as simulating fire scenes by using FDS and EXODUS, which reactes the conclusion, namely, measures is capable of effectively preventing fire from spreading and of guaranteeing evacuation and safety of buildings.
