摘要
糖类物质是烟草中的一类重要化合物,其在烟草中含量的高低对烟草的品质有着很大的影响.建立烟草中糖类的测定方法,对烟草的生产、吸烟与健康等方面的研究具有实际意义.本文归纳了近年来有关烟草中糖类物质的检测方法,并评价了各种方法的优缺点,旨为相关人员提供选择检测方法的依据.
Sugars are the fundamental compounds of tobacco, their contents in tobacco play an important role in the quality of the cigarettes. It is practical significant to establish a method for determination of sugars in to- bacco production, smoking and health research. The paper sums up the analytical methods of sugars in tobacco which were published on correlative references in the recent years. Advantages and disadvantages of the meth- ods are evaluated, aiding the analysis and detection for future research.
