摘要
目的探讨银翘散防治感染性疾病的作用及机制。方法将18只新西兰大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、银翘散组。模型组及银翘散组经耳静脉注射内毒素造模,0.5 h测1次体温,发热后银翘散组马上用银翘散灌胃,模型组及空白组灌入等量蒸馏水,2 h后心脏采血,用ELISA检测白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达。结果与模型组比较,银翘散组IL-6、TNF-α的表达明显低于模型组(P<0.01);与空白组比较,银翘散组IL-6、TNF-α的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论银翘散在早期可以控制内毒素血症的炎症发展,对感染性疾病具有治疗作用。
Objective To discuss the effects and mechanisms of Yinqiao Powder on the pre-vention and control of infectious diseases. Methods 18 New Zealand big ear rabbits were random- ly divided into the blank control group, model control group, Yinqiao Powder group. Model control group and Yinqiao Powder group were injected with endotoxin via ear vein and their body temperatures were measured every 0.5 hours. Once fever occurred in these rabbits, rabbits in Yinqiao Powder group were administered intragastrically with Yinqiao Powder, model group and normal group filled with distilled water in equal volume. Ardiac blood was taken after two hours, and the expression levels of interleukin 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in serum samples were detected using ELISA. Results Compared with model group, IL-6 and TNF-α expression levels in Yinqiao Powder group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P〈0.01). Compared with the blank control group, there were no significant differences in IL-6 and TNF-α expression levels in Yinqiao Powder group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Yinqiao Powder can control the development of inflammation in early endotoxemia and has certain treatment function on infec- tious disease.
