摘要
选用具有代表性的 6个大穗型小麦品系和 2个多穗型品种配成 2 8个组合 ,采用 Griffing交配设计 ,研究了主要农艺性状的遗传模型及亲本配合力效应。结果表明 ,冬季分蘖、春季分蘖、穗数的一般配合力达显著水平 ,以加性效应为主 ,遗传力较低 ;株高、穗长、小穗数、有效小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重及单株产量的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达显著水平 ,加性、显性效应较重要 ,穗长、穗粒数和千粒重遗传力较高 ,选择效应较大。大穗型小麦品系穗部性状一般配合力效应值较高 ,但群体结构性状的效应值为负 ,品种 (系 )
Six big spike wheat varieties (lines) and two more spike varieties were crossed in twenty eight combinations. Data on ten traits of all crosses were recorded on F 1 population and the combining ability of parents was analysed according to Griffing′s method. The results showed that the general combining ability (G.C.A) of winter tillers, spring tillers and spike numbers were statistically significant, of which the additive effect made great contribution, while its heritability was low. General and special combining ability (S.C.A) of plant height, spike length, spikelet numbers, valid spikelet numbers per ear, seed numbers per ear, seed weight and plant yield were statistically significant, and the additive effect and dominance effect were important. Spike length, seed numbers per ear and seed weight were more controlled by inheritance and were higher selection effect. Moreover, the G.C.A values of spike characters of big spike wheat varieties (lines) were higher, while the G.C.A values of structural traits of big spike wheat were negative, and there were some differences in the G.C.A values among the wheat varieties.
