摘要
采用不完全双列杂交,对紫粒小麦有关品质性状及穗部产量性状的配合力进行研究。结果表明:①紫小麦同一品质性状不同亲本的GCA效应值差异较大。高原115×陇春23、高原115×宁春4号等6个组合的SCA在5个品质性状上均表现正向效应,可作为选择优质紫小麦的优势组合。②紫小麦同一穗部性状不同亲本间的GCA效应值存在显著差异。陇春432×宁春4号是选择紫粒品种穗部性状的理想组合。黑小麦76×陇春23组合是增加小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重进而提高单穗粒重的最好组合。③从配置的16个组合分析,黑小麦76×陇春23这一组合无论是品质性状还是产量性状都有较高的SCA效应,应作为重点组合加以选择。
In this experiments, the combining ability for the kernel quality character and spike yield character of purple wheat were studied by means of 8 spring wheat varieties, include 4 purple wheat, based on NC Ⅱ hybridization combination. The results indicated that (1) Different cross combination had different GCA in same quality characters, the quality characters are mainly influenced by different gene type; GCA effect were important base of parent apelegamy in the wheat quality breeding. Plateaul 15xLongchun23 ,Plateaul 15xNingchun4 had positive effect, and those are hopeful combinations for good quality purple wheat breeding. (2)There were significant GCA in same spike characters at different combinations, Longchun432x Ningchun4 had positive effective at all spike characters, it would be hopeful combination for spike selection. Heixiaomai76x Longchun23 had bigger positive effective in number of spikelet, Seed number .of per ear,1000 grain weight and kernel weight per-spike, it was best combination for yield breeding in purple wheat. (3)Analyzing 16 combination in this experiments, Heixiaomai76xLongchun23 had bigger positive SCA effect value both in quality characters and spike characters, so it was good combination for purple wheat breeding in the future.
